Kerala HRD Attestation

The process of HRD is handled in Kerala by the the department of NORKA. The signing authority of NORKA is the "Joint Secretary , Govt.of Kerala " . For getting the certificates attestation it is mandatory that the candidate must be present in person.(Check).

Documents Required:

Original Certificate that is to be attested (Educational Certificate).

Centers of attestation in Kerala:

HRD for documents issued in the State Of Kerala can be attested from:

• Ernakulam Norka ( Near South K S R T C bus Stand ,Ernakulam)
• Calicut Norka ( Near Railway Station , Link Road , calicut )
• Trivandrum Norka ( Sasthamangalam ,Trivandrum )
• NORKA camp offices at Kottayam and Thrissur (Friday and Saturday only)

Supporting Document required:

1. Original Mark sheets
2. Original certificates of all lower qualifications with the original Mark sheets corresponding to the particular qualification
3. Copy of the first and Address page of the Passport
4. Passport Size Photo
5. Copy of the Marriage certificate ( Required only If the passport has name of the spouse / address of Spouse)

Supporting Document required:

1.Original Mark sheets
2. Original certificates of all lower qualifications with the original Mark sheets corresponding to the particular qualification
3. Copy of the first and Address page of the Passport
4. Passport Size Photo

• Physical Presence of Certificate holder or Bollod Relative is mandatory. We can assist you for the same.
• The authorities may change their rules and regulations at any time. The processing nature, duration, charges, supporting documents etc. also may change. It is up to the authorities to accept or reject or delay the documents/process on submission of the same or thereafter in the course of process or even after the process.
