Goa HRD Attestation

The HRD attestation for certificates issued in the state of GOA is done by "Human Resource Department" . The Deputy commissioner / HRD Authority would be the signing authority for verifying the documents.

Documents Required:

Original Certificate that is to be attested (Educational Certificate).

Required supporting documents:

1. Copy of all the mark list corresponding to the certificate that is to be attested.
2. Copy of the 1st page and address page of the passport
3. 2 passport size photographs

DURATION:

20 to 25 Working days

N.B:

The authorities may change their rules and regulations at any time. The processing nature, duration, charges, supporting documents etc. also may change. It is up to the authorities to accept or reject or delay the documents/process on submission of the same or thereafter in the course of process or even after the process.
